The Rockefeller center
Hello everyone, I am going to give you some advice concerning The Rockefeller center so that you can know it better before going.
Firstly, the Rockefeller center is located in the district of Midtown, between the 48th and the 51th streets facing the 5th avenue and the Amerique avenue of New York City. The Rockefeller center was built on May,1933 by the Rockefeller family. John Davison Rockefeller is the one who had thought of the idea of building this center. He decided to put a part of his fortune on real estate projects.
There, you can find many luxury shops. The Rockefeller center has been register "National Historical Landmark" in 1987. The Rockefeller center is a touristic site because there are beautiful decorations at the "Rockefeller Plaza", also because there are many seasonal events such as the big rink in winter and the impressive and beautiful Christmas tree.
Besides, you can find the "Rainbow Room restaurant" who is located at the 65th floor of the Rockefeller center. It is a restaurant in which you can find rooms dedicated for particular events . In 2014 the restaurant reopened its doors after a long closing due to maintenance works. If you want to eat there don't forget to order a table next to the window, you will see amazing landscapes !
You can go sightseeing with the bus named "Hop-On-Hop-Off" because of its many stops and of course the one who stopped under the Rockefeller center. The bigger theater of the United States named the "Radio City Music Hall" is located in the complex of the Rockefeller center. Every years they organize at the the time of Christmas the "Radio City Christmas Spectacular" who is one of the most famous show of the United States and which take place in the center of the Rockefeller center. To conclude if you want to see awesome landscapes I advise you to go on the top of the rock, there you will be able to see the entire New York city and the famous "Empire State Building" and of course the wonderful Time Square.
Have a nice trip!
